The location was fantastic and peaceful, allowing us to relax fully. The amenities were perfect for our needs, with comfortable beds and well-equipped rooms. We appreciated the baskets of toiletries and air fresheners. The spa pool was a lovely bonus, even if we only managed to use it once. Plus, the staff were helpful, ensuring our early check-in was smooth.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

A fabulous and incredibly beautiful hotel with superbly friendly employees with the service and cleaning crew. A wide array of appetising food. Good and unbeatable location handy to most tourist attractions, and 15 minute walk from Polynesian Spa. Also - close enough to the Rotorua town center and all the main attractions as well as all Rotorua.

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Arista. The furnishings were of really good quality, and I found the king-size bed comfortable. The staff made me feel welcome from the start, providing great information about the area. I appreciated the spotlessly clean environment, fast WiFi, and the private spa that was a nice touch. The kitchenette had everything I needed, making the stay all the more enjoyable.
